Physics Double Degree in Mainz & Valencia

Students enrolled in this programme will have the opportunity to study at two universities in two different countries: The Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (JGU) and the Universitat de Valencia (UV). Thus, they benefit from the expanded range of teaching and research. During their studies, they will obtain the “Bachelor of Science in Physics” (JGU) after the third year and the “Degree in Physics” (UV) after the fourth year. Upon completing the final thesis in the fifth year, students will be awarded both the “Master of Science in Physics” from JGU and the “Master’s Degree in Advanced Physics” from UV. Along the way, students in the double degree programme will considerably improve their language, intercultural, and networking skills, which can significantly boost their future careers in science or industry.
