MBA International Business Management & Sustainability

The MBA in International Business Management & Sustainability is a five-semester part-time study programme designed to equip graduates from both business and non-business backgrounds with the skills and knowledge required for sustainable, value-driven leadership roles. The primary goal is to prepare (future) leaders to meet evolving organisational and market demands with a deep understanding of social, economic, and ecological dimensions of sustainability in a global context. Key Objectives: Leadership Competence: Foster a comprehensive understanding of value-based, sustainable leadership; from self-leadership to leading teams and organisations. Personal Development: Encourage self-awareness and personal growth as key elements of leadership, including career development, resilience, intercultural competence, and global networking. Social Competence: Strengthen interpersonal and stakeholder management skills for international business environments, emphasising diversity, inclusion, sustainable communication, and teamwork in multicultural settings. Technical and Methodological Competence: Acquire a broad and practical foundation in sustainable business management practices and tools. Problem-Solving, International & Intercultural Competence: Enhance analytical and decision-making abilities, develop transformation strategies, and refine communication skills in English while navigating international and intercultural contexts.
