Program Overview

The ESCP Master in Management (MIM) is a two- to three-year programme combining core management courses and specialisations across the School’s six campuses. Its objective is to prepare savvy, internationally-minded graduates to successfully launch their careers. This study programme is designed to develop the skills needed to analyse complex strategic and operational management issues within a global context and help you shape your future career through specialisations and up to nine months of practice-oriented experience. Structure: MIM consists of nine core courses (accounting for 33 ECTS credits), up to three specialisations (each 20 ECTS) and electives, and the Master's thesis (16 ECTS) as well as various integration seminars and foreign language courses (totalling 7 ECTS credits), two international internships, and the possibility to do gap semesters. Nine core courses: Corporate Finance Sustainability Business Law Financial Reporting IFRS Human Resource Management International Marketing Decisions Management Control Organisation and Management Strategy Specialisations and electives, amongst others: Consulting Sustainability Finance Law and Economics Marketing Digital (Data Science, AI, etc.) Entrepreneurship Business Development Accounting/Management Control Cross disciplinary courses Courses in specific industrial sectors

Academic Admission

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline English fluency (level B2, advanced) International mindset and proven academic excellence GMAT, GRE, Tage Mage, CAT (Students who have completed previous studies outside of France may request to take the SHL test offered by the ESCP Berlin Campus instead.)

APS Certificate

An APS certificate is required for applicants who have completed their qualifying education in India, China, or Vietnam.
