Master in Management (MIM)

The ESCP Master in Management (MIM) is a two- to three-year programme combining core management courses and specialisations across the School’s six campuses. Its objective is to prepare savvy, internationally-minded graduates to successfully launch their careers. This study programme is designed to develop the skills needed to analyse complex strategic and operational management issues within a global context and help you shape your future career through specialisations and up to nine months of practice-oriented experience. Structure: MIM consists of nine core courses (accounting for 33 ECTS credits), up to three specialisations (each 20 ECTS) and electives, and the Master's thesis (16 ECTS) as well as various integration seminars and foreign language courses (totalling 7 ECTS credits), two international internships, and the possibility to do gap semesters.
