Communications Engineering

This Master's degree programme builds on the foundations of the Bachelor's degree programme in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering and teaches advanced theories and techniques of analogue and digital information transmission. Areas of application include wireless and optical signal transmission. Students deepen their knowledge of higher mathematics and numerical methods, which are essential for understanding key topics such as electromagnetic field theory and the fundamentals of electrical engineering and information technology. Particular emphasis is placed on technical content that opens up access to the world of communication technology.
